I am Akira Katayama, 5th CEO of HINO-TEC Co., Ltd. since the company was founded in 1951 by Hisaeru Hino.

Our company's founder, Hisaeru Hino, moved to Osaka from Shimane prefecture, found this company in 1951 and has since then produced many patented items and contributed to value creation for customers, always believing that "what our company can offer to the development of resource-poor Japan is 'high-performance, lightness, compactness'" as our main focus.

Now on our 60th anniversary, we are facing a second phase for the company to be a global company, so we have changed our name from "Hino Iron Works, Co., Ltd" to "HINO-TEC Co., Ltd.".

Our 3rd CEO, Moriaki Hino, has previously stated, "Keeping in mind the fundamental corporate rule "perceiving everyone's needs and requests", and we will rapidly progress for 100th and 200th anniversary."
As we approach the realization of that dream, we will put forth our greatest efforts.

My executive mission is:
1. Continuing to create and produce the products which can make a contribution to the society
2. Protecting happiness and well-being of the employees
3. Continuing to aim at an excellent enterprise
