Purpose and Function of the Invention
The dust removal device uses chains placed on each tube to remove dust from inside the tubes of a vertical tube heat exchanger while it is in operation.
By installing supports with more freedom than arms around the center line of each tube and arranging chains on the supports, the chains can move up and down uniformly without being affected by the pendulum motion of the arms, removing dust.
In heat exchangers at waste incineration facilities, etc., dust particles gradually accumulate inside the tubes, so operations are stopped once every one to two months and the dust is removed manually using electric brushes and high-pressure air blowers, requiring a shutdown of three days or more, including the cooling period. However, this device allows for automatic, periodic dust removal without having to stop operations. -

Purpose and Function of the Invention
Generally, plate heat exchangers, which are made by stacking multiple sets of heat transfer plates and integrating them by welding or other methods, are time-consuming to clean, and if any of the plates are damaged, the entire heat transfer plate stack must be replaced, making it difficult to replace individual heat transfer plates.
This invention uses a mechanism that fixes each heat transfer plate to the heat exchanger frame structure without welding, and by releasing this fixing part, each heat transfer plate can be removed and attached individually, making cleaning and replacing damaged heat transfer plates easy.
